I have always been drawn to the unseen layer — the motivation beneath the action, the pattern beneath the conflict, the identity beneath the role. My work is grounded in one conviction: when we know who we truly are at our core, purpose becomes clear — and adaptive capacity becomes possible.
Behaviour is not the problem — it is the data. It tells us exactly where identity has been suppressed, where purpose has been lost, and where adaptive capacity needs to be built. My work is to read that data and use it to anchor individuals, leaders, and teams back to who they actually are.
With a background in Industrial Psychology and eight years of deep behavioural work, I draw on the iEQ9 Enneagram, NLP, CBT, and an understanding of the gut, mind, and limbic emotional brain to turn complexity into clarity.
This work is grounded in faith — in the belief that we are not accidents. That identity is given before it is constructed. That purpose is embedded in the blueprint. It is from this place that I work, and it is this conviction that makes the work sustainable.
